REPLYED TO ATTORNEY IN DETALE.
Picked up signed BANC OF CALIFORNIA papers from the Tranchina family. The form was scanned and sent to Joshua Miller to be signed.
I received a message from Ina Dalsemer, the next-door manager, about her contractor coming tomorrow to cover the walkway. I disagreed and shared her suggestion with Shaahin (the architect) and our contractor. I also googled the situation and shared the negative result with all.
Inserted all the files into a USB for the new attorney to be taken to his office tomorrow.
