I met with the Electrician From MAC at 8:00 AM. He noticed the Sump Pump Electricity was not connected. Electricity is connected BUT the sump pump is broken.
He will send an invoice for $140.00
Called Plumber to replace the Sump pump ASAP
Elevator people came in at 9:00 Am ELEVATOR FIXED AT 2:30 PM

I talked to the attorney, who was referred by an expert witness architect.
