Sent a text to units One & 4 to be available tomorrow morning at 9:00 for the Balcony inspection.
Scanned the Lawsuit papers for $72.00 and sent them to Attorney Rabkin and reported the fake date.
Contacted City of Los Angeles and asked for Elevator Inspection and Informed the Elevator company that they can start monthly inspection after.
Scheduled Wilver to fix the plumbing in the crawl space and notified all units of water shot off from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Received a letter from the Insurance company regarding a more detailed report about the electrical bill, asked douglas@peaklightingelectric.com to respond and Paulo to be more specific.
