Contacted the City of LA for elevator inspection to stop by
Received electrician's proposal to fix all the lights, change them to LED, and fix Crawl space electricity for $1250.00
Walked with the Balcony Inspector.
I scheduled the Electrician for Wednesday, Oct. 16th.
The elevator has been inspected
Shared attorney's Wiel responds about unit one: The holders of the power-of-attorney (“POA”) can vote on behalf of the unit on matters put before the owners for a vote, however, the POA does not entitle one of them to serve on the Board. Only record owners can serve on the Board, and the POA does not make them a record owner.
