Contacted Lantern Hill Construction to expedite the proposal to start the stucco and Mechanical room
Contacted Attorney Weil for steps to be taken for renewing the CC&R
emailed the Lawsuit to Units 2 & 4
Vertical Galvanized pipes were detected from unit ONE by Wilver the plumber and connected Shiva & Wilver to proceed.
Wilver shared the pictures from the Crawl space.  Uite one and two have damaged galvanized pipes that need to be addressed.
