I met with the electrician working in the crawl space.
Found a person to install the fire Sprinkler, to come and give us an estimate
Consulted with a landscape architect regarding the walkway and sent an email to Ian (next door):"
I consulted with our architect and landscape architect. The landscape architect believes the roots may have shifted due to the elevator, which could cause future cracks. We plan to renew the walkway after the rainy season. If you choose to cover the area now, it will be at your own risk regarding potential future damage.
Contacted the gate people for a 2-hour fire-rated door price for unit 4 garage.
