Lazaro came at two and installed the metal door for the Crawl Space.
I asked him to measure for the 2-hour fire-rated door for unit No. 4 garage and a regular door to the Mechanical room as a result of the fire.
Also, asked for the Electrical door proposal.
Francisco stopped by for a fire sprinkler and asked if we have approval from the fire department to install a fire sprinkler in both garage units No. 2 and 4.
I explained the situation and he will get back to us with a quote.
Called Mike Green Fire Equipment and approved the yearly inspection. They will send someone to check the building and look into the fire sprinkler situation.
