October 29, 2024 DAILY REPORT

I met with a representative from DOTZ Building and Design.  He took pictures and filmed the damages to make a report and estimation.
I spent the whole day responding to an attorney and gathering the needed information.  I asked for a Zoom meeting with all the board members, he will after reviewing the materials.
Sent all the correspondence between the homeowners, HOA, and State Farm to the Attorney and board members.
