9:30  Wilver Lopez came for the Sump pump and cap on the front hole. $980.00
Wilver Plumbing observed water accumulation in the mechanical room's sump pump. Upon opening the top, he found the basin was full of water, and the electrical system had shorted due to the water buildup. When the water reaches the top of the basin, the electrical box stops functioning.
MAC Electrician was called and provided a temporary connection for the sump pump through the electrical box. He will return tomorrow to properly rewire the system.
Wilver Plumbing will return on Friday to remove the sink that caused the water accumulation. The water dripping issue began with Rainbow Construction.

Received proposal for pipe replacement of $3800.00 from Wilver plumbing
I texted Osca (another plumber) to send his proposal
Preparing a file for the attorney to be taken to her office on Monday
10:15 I Talked to Attorney Mat Alminar.  His fee is $700 an hour and our case is too small for him. The attorney's fee will be higher than the settlement.
